| I can't login to my reseller account |
You must use a secure connection to login and use your reseller account. If you do not type in “https://” you will get an error. So if you just type http://IP-address:2087 you will not login you must type in https://IP-address:2087.
(replace IP-address) with the IP address of the server you are on.
If this doesn't work try this:
http://IP-address:2086 (note it is not https)
If neither of these two work check to make sure you do not have anti-virus software running or a firewall which is preventing you from accessing these two ports. If you are behind a firewall which is preventing you from accessing these ports you need to have the system administrator allow you through. |
